Although Terri earned her teaching credentials many years ago, she did not use those skills until taking an early retirement in 2008. Within months she began teaching children’s classes and adult classes at the NE Community Center in Portland.
Her adult classes became highly successful with full registration each term. With 80% of her students returning each term, they progressed from beginning level to quite professional and skilled painters.
Terri still teaches children artists on a one-to-one basis; however, she now focuses her energy on teaching adult members here in Central Oregon. “
